Topper Ladies

This is a very popular section of the Clubs activities.  Formed in 1999 when Viv Aiken said 'why should their children be the only ones to have fun'! This section of the club has continued to introduce Ladies to the joys (and tears) of sailing a Topper.

They meet about ten times during the season under the guidance of Tony Lock to receive instruction on boat handling, sailing techniques and racing. Some events on the water are purely social; also in the winter the Ladies get together at least once a month for a social activity.
