Building Works Update 26 6 19

The project continues to be on schedule with an anticipated handover of the 5th July. Work this week will include:

The installation of the sanitary ware and baby changing facilities in the disabled toilet.

The painting and decorating will be completed.

The ceramic tiles will be replaced in the ladies and gents toilets.

The fob system will be installed on the new sliding exterior doors. The doors will use the existing fobs.

Members are reminded that the bar and catering will remain open during the build, access to the club room is via the balcony doors.

The ladies and gents toilets and showers will be open at weekends but will be closed during the week. Portaloos are in place and the visitors toilet and shower is available. There is a Portakabin for use as a changing room.

The car park will remain open but as spaces are restricted it is important that care should be taken to park within the designated spaces. To assist, cars can be reversed parked against the builders metal fence. The rear car park is open.

As always, we continue to appreciate your co operation during the build.
