Christchurch Harbour Watch Public Meeting

Since the Open Day earlier this year Members of Christchurch Sailing Club have been involved in the steering group looking ate reinvigorating the Christchurch Harbour Watch to help combat crime and social behaviour in the Harbour. It is intended to form a wider group comprising users of the Harbour, local marine related business Clubs and interest groups that will disseminate bat practice and setup a system whereby wrong doers can be identified, and appropriate action taken using available powers.

This launch event is being held at the Captains Club on Saturday the 20th August between 11am and 1 pm and you are all invited to attend to represent your various interests. In fact the wider pool of interests we attract the better.
