ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is given that the
Annual General Meeting
will be held in the Clubroom on
Saturday 7th March 2020 at 7.30pm
Nominations for Officers and Committees must be returned, either on forms available from the Bar and Office or on plain paper, to the Hon Secretary by 1.00pm on Friday 21st February 2020.
Forms must be signed by the nominee to signify his/her willingness to accept the nomination.
Notices of any motion for the Annual General Meeting must be received by the Hon Secretary not less than 28 days before the Meeting (Friday 7th February 2020).
