4 carefully selected Italian wines with expert guidance, plus a surprise special 5th tasting, to be revealed on the night!
Accompanied by:
- Seabass fillet, cauliflower puree, asparagus and micro herbs
- Coppa, bresaola, mortadella, olives and Snowdonia truffle trove (cheese)
- Duck croquettes, romesco sauce, Padron peppers
- Sirloin steak, charred onions, Swiss chard, and red wine jus
