Yarmouth Rally - Cancelled due to weather
End of season Yarmouth Rally
26th -30th September
Hello Ralliers
We hope you've all had a good season sailing hither & wither on the high seas despite unsettled weather.
Sadly it's time for the clubs last planned rally of the of season which as usual is to Yarmouth.
We've booked 4 nights with Yarmouth to make the most of the weekend and the rally rates.
I need to let Yarmouth Marina know, usually about a week before, your name, the boat name, length & draft and any mobility issues. This helps the berthing staff sort out who goes where as well as giving priority to those who need to be along side. You can book yourself if you want to make sure you get a finger pontoon but from what I understand you won't get the rally rate.
The meal is booked at the Royal Solent Sailing Club, 7 for 7-30pm. 2 courses £18.95 or 3 courses £24.95 Cheese & Biscuits are extra at £5:15 per person
Starters:
Smoked Mackerel & Horseradish Pate
Leek & Potato Soup
Mains:
Braised Steak in Beer with Red Onion
Chicken Supreme with Creamy Dijon Mustard
Vegetarian Option:
Baked Butternut Squash, Ricotta & Spinach Bake
Dessert:
Fresh Fruit Pavlova
Sticky Toffee & Date Pudding with Carmel Sauce & Ice cream
Tea or Coffee
If you are joining us for the meal, could you email me giving me your boat name, your name & the names of any crew, whether you want 2 or 3 courses and your meal choices, please.
I need to confirm numbers & meal choices 10 days before the meal. Cancellations will only be accepted up to 48 hours before the event, all further cancellations will be charged at the full cost.
Please let me know of any known allergies the Royal Solent need to be aware of.
We'll have our last pontoon party of the season on Saturday at 6pm.
Details of the Passage race back to Christchurch on Sunday to follow.
Please book participation in this rally by logging on and clicking the Book Now button
