Please volunteer as soon as possible to get the duty and date of your choice.

We do have a lot of duty dates to fill, lots of choice for your duties, remember you must have a Powerboat level 2 certificate or have done a safety check with Sally, for Escort Boats Skipper, Race Officer or to use the Escort Boats for a Security Duty.

Race Officer Training for 2023

We will be running two training sessions for new Race Officers and Assistant Race Officers this winter.

They will be held on Thursday January 26th and Thursday February 16th, both starting at 19:00hrs in the clubhouse Training Room.

This course has been designed by Chris Arnell specifically for Race Officers at CSC and will give attendees the knowledge to be able to run club races. 'Rusty' ROs may also find the sessions to be a great refresher. The sessions will last about 2 hours, allowing time for questions and will be land based with no need to go afloat.
